Repair / RMA



To Submit a Request for Repair
Please follow the steps outlined below:

Download a blank copy of the Return Merchandise Authorisation or open the online version below:

Please complete the form with as much information as possible explaining clearly the environmental conditions, exact settings and measurement values of the equipment you wish to return for repair

Return the form to us via E-mail at orders[at]work-microwave.de or by fax on +49 8024 6408 40

Upon receipt of your completed form we will provide you with a RMA number to be used on all correspondence from this stage onwards

Return the equipment together with the assigned RMA number to
WORK Microwave GmbH

Upon receipt of the equipment we will provide you with a quote for any repairs outside of warranty

Quote acceptance by customer where relevant

Repair and return by WORK Microwave
